Structure and characteristics of particle collection
24-hour continuous operation possible, compact and high performance
In order to realize our concept of “small size and high performance”, we have newly developed the fan motor at the heart and its control. Compared to other companies’ equivalent products, we have achieved a 50% reduction in volume. We will contribute to the miniaturization of equipment, which has been highly requested in recent years. Of course, both 50Hz / 60Hz can be used with the same performance.
(1) Primary filter
A filter bag with a 5-layer structure of polypropylene non-woven fabric. By changing the air permeability of each layer, clogging is less likely to occur, and 95% or more can be collected at 45μ or more. Also, due to the 5-layer structure, the overall strength is high and it does not tear easily like a paper carton.
(2) Secondary filter
Polypropylene non-woven fabric is molded into a pleated filter. The outer frame is molded with ABS resin. The collection efficiency is high and 0.3μ can be collected by 99% or more.
(3) Exhaust filter
It uses the same filter as the 2nd order filter and collects particles that were not collected in the 1st and 2nd order. Furthermore, it is installed for the purpose of collecting fine particles generated in the fan motor room. It collects 99% or more of 0.3μ and can be installed in clean class 100,000 to 10,000.
By installing a HEPA filter (collection efficiency 0.3μ, 99.97% or more) on the exhaust side, it becomes possible to support Clean Class 1000.
* Factory inspection If the
model end is V1, the exhaust filter will be a HEPA filter specification.
Even after purchasing the standard specification product, you can easily change to the V1 specification.
* Since the size of the HEPA filter changes, it is necessary to replace the exhaust cover.
Control (accessories sold separately)
By using a remote cable (sold separately / model: MT-173-8 (3m)), remote control linked with peripheral devices is possible.
You can now change the ability level by remote control. Since the level is memorized every time the ability level is changed, the previous usage level is always called. In addition, it is possible to output operation signals, filter clogging signals, pressure signals, and abnormal signals.
Ethernet / RS-485
All functions that can be controlled by the AT3 panel can be controlled by a PC by using Ethernet or RS-485 communication.
Easy attachment / detachment flange (standard: φ75) (sold separately)
The size of the suction port flange can be replaced with a single touch. The suction port flange (sold separately) can now be changed even after purchase.
