Suitable for laser marking process and laser peeling process where a large amount of dust is generated. Uses a high static pressure blower to maintain suction power even when maneuvering with small diameter pipes.
Structure and characteristics of particle collection
(1) Primary filter
■ Adopts Teflon micropore membrane filter
Highly peelable, maximizing the cleaning effect by wiping off.
■ Zeolite is pre-coated by a unique winding mechanism.
By precoating zeolite on a filter with a collection efficiency of 0.5 μ99.99% or more, it adsorbs and collects fumes and fine particles generated by laser marking.
With the suction blower, the fumes and fine dust in the sucked air fly up from the zeolite blow-up port, and at the same time, the zeolite is wound up and laminated on the filter.
Dust removal function [Gyro air type]
Equipped with a unique mechanism, it automatically removes dust for about 20 seconds. At the time of automatic dust removal, operation at capacity level 1 is performed for about 30 seconds to prevent backflow.
One of the conditions for automatic dust removal (1) When the operation is turned off after the accumulated operation time has elapsed for 1 hour or more
(2) When the capacity level is changed to 1 by remote operation
(2) Detachable flange
The size of the exhaust flange can be replaced with a single touch. * Install the exhaust flange with a diameter larger than that of the suction flange.
(3) Exhaust filter
Equipped with a HEPA filter, it can be used as it is in a clean room. (Clean class 100,000 ~ 10,000 * Inspection value at the time of shipment from our factory)
(4) Activated carbon cassette
A cassette type activated carbon filter that adsorbs odors. It can be easily replaced.
(5) Secondary filter
Protects electrical components from dust.
Control (accessories sold separately)
By using a remote cable (sold separately / model: MT-173-8 (3m)), remote control linked with peripheral devices is possible.
You can now change the ability level by remote control. Since the level is memorized every time the ability level is changed, the previous usage level is always called. In addition, it is possible to output operation signals, filter clogging signals, pressure signals, and abnormal signals.
Ethernet / RS-485
All functions that can be controlled by the AT3 panel can be controlled by a PC by using Ethernet or RS-485 communication.
