Structure and characteristics of particle collection

24-hour continuous operation possible, compact and high performance

It is suitable for small-diameter piping used in the secondary battery manufacturing process and for suction of adhering dust using a slit-shaped nozzle. The compact design contributes to the miniaturization of equipment, which has been highly requested in recent years. It is the product that best embodies our concept of “small size and high performance”.

(1) Primary filter

A filter bag with a 5-layer structure of polypropylene non-woven fabric. By changing the air permeability of each layer, clogging is less likely to occur, and 95% or more can be collected at 45μ or more. Also, due to the 5-layer structure, the overall strength is high and it does not tear easily like a paper carton.

(2) Secondary filter

Polypropylene non-woven fabric is molded into a pleated filter. The outer frame is molded with ABS resin. The collection efficiency is high and 0.3μ can be collected by 99% or more.

(3) Exhaust filter

A HEPA filter is used as standard, and 99.97% or more of 0.3μ or more is collected.


Control (accessories sold separately)

Remote control

By using a remote cable (sold separately / model: MT-173-8 (3m)), remote control linked with peripheral devices is possible.

You can now change the ability level by remote control. Since the level is memorized every time the ability level is changed, the previous usage level is always called. In addition, it is possible to output operation signals, filter clogging signals, pressure signals, and abnormal signals.

Ethernet / RS-485

All functions that can be controlled by the AT3 panel can be controlled by a PC by using Ethernet or RS-485 communication.

Easy attachment / detachment flange (standard: φ75) (sold separately)
